    Founded in 1951 as a commercial agency for industrial installations, Dr Herbert Iann soon expanded his enterprise by producing and developing measurement equipment for locating leaks in drinking water distribution networks. At the end of the 1960s, devices for line location were added to the product portfolio, in the 1970s, fault location equipment for power cables. In the 1980s, fault location devices for telecommunications cables followed. 1971 saw the delivery of the first fully-equipped van for testing power cables. 1996 marked the 1000th van and only four years later the 1500th (from Baunach).

    "Locator" CJSC collaborates with the German company SebaKMT

    From November 5-9 in 2012 the representatives of “Locator” company were in Bamberg, a city in German, and participated in the seminar organized by the German organization "SebaKMT", which produces electronics.

    "Locator" CJSC in "Energy Efficiency 2012" exhibition

    The "Energy Efficiency 2012" annual exhibition took place in April 12 during which energy-efficient equipments and technologies were presented including heating and ventilation equipments, pumps, boilers, refrigerators, thermal insulating materials

    “Locator” CJSC exploited the automated control system

    In November 2013 “Locator” CJSC exploited the automated control system set in 25 pumping stations belonging to “Armenian Water and Sewerage” CJSC. The system was developed by the famous French company “LACROIX Sofrel” based on S 500 control terminals and bound to the “Locator” CJSC SCADA centralized control system.
